Stir-fried Minced meat with Holy Basil (Pad Gaprow)

One of the menu that Thai people love is Pad Gaprow (Stir-fried Minced meat with Holy Basil).
You can make it with many kinds of meat beef, pork, chicken, thousand-year-old egg and etc. you will find that many things go well with Gaprow (holy basil leaves) ( And some people call it no brain food, haha, not that we don't love it, but we love it so much, so when we can't think about anything that we want to eat, we always end up eating Pad Gaprow!
Actually this dish is very easy to make, the only important thing is Bai Gaprow (holy basil leaves), it's different from basil in taste and fragrance. When making Pad gaprow, don't forget to add enough water or it will be too dry ^^.
